Sierra Club - Angeles Chapter Centennial Outing in honor of the Chapter’s work to preserve the Santa Monica Mtns. Moderately paced 6 mi rt, 1000’ gain. Our route forms a figure eight with Eagle Junction at the center. Going out on Eagle Springs Rd, stopping at impressive Eagle Rock with panoramic views of Topanga State Park, and returning on the Musch trail. Occasional stops for birdwatching. Meet 7:15 am at the Corner of Los Li...ones and Sunset or 8:15 am at the Trippet Ranch parking lot with 2-3 qt water, lunch, snacks, hat, sunscreen, lugsoles, Rain cancels.
