Let's go hiking at Malibu Creek State Park! The hike to Rock Pool is fairly easy, just over 3 miles roundtrip, 150-foot elevation gain. If we feel ambitious, we may also venture a little further out to Century Lake. The “Swiss Family Robinson” television series and some Tarzan movies were filmed here. Please bring 1-2 liters of water, sun protection, a jacket, and a snack. Hiking boots or good walking shoes recommended. All minors need to be accompanied by parents or adult with written permission from parents. Leaders: Sophia and Eric Marcus, Silvia Darie and Jeff Wilson. There is a $12 parking fee for the park unless you have passes. There are a few street parking spots a distance away.

Hike is sponsored by the Sierra Club. All adult participants are required to sign a liability waiver.
