MAY 21 SAT O: EASY HIKE—ARROYO PESCADERO. Join us as we explore this Whittier treasure at an easy pace. We'll briefly familiarize ourselves with the history of this landfill reclaimed by the Puente Hills Landfill Native Habitat Preservation Authority. We'll then start our 2 mile, 200' gain trek around this park. On the return we'll check out the information kiosks and learn more about the local flora and fauna. Optional 0.8 mile loop at the end.
